Image Management Systems and Support Corporation is a medical imaging systems integration specialist, specializing in cutting edge, economical PACS and teleradiology systems.
As an IMSS Corp. subscriber, imaging facilities can transmit
their images to the IMSS Corp. Internet Servers and make
their medical images available to their radiologists. As an IMSS Corp. physician, doctors can log into our secure servers and view the digital medical images and corresponding reports for their patients. As an IMSS Corp. patient, individuals can log on, organize and provide access to their personal images.

IMSS Corp. has also partnered with Florida United Radiology to provide radiological interpretation of the digital medical images submitted by subscriber facilities. Florida United Radiology
provides a full spectrum of radiological services, including
primary reading for Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina
and other states. They also provide "second opinion" readings worldwide. Florida United Radiology has joined the IMSS Corp. Imaging Network to facilitate the delivery of their services on
a larger scale.

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") of 1996 requires doctors, pharmacies, health insurance companies and other "covered entities" to enter into contracts with their "business associates" to ensure that those organizations comply with the requirements of HIPAA regarding the use and safekeeping of certain protected health information ("PHI").

IMSS Corp. reviewed RADS´ current operating procedures for imaging and reading. IMSS found that through Computed Radiography (CR), RADS would be able to digitally produce their medical images. With digital imaging in place of regular film, RADS would be able to transmit their medical images to a centralized reading facility. With a single reading facility, RADS would be able to track their images and reports more efficiently
